Location: Carver Park (next door to Three oaks fire station)
Do you have a patriotic pet? Enter that cutie in one of the cutest, heartwarming events you have ever seen - the annual pet parade contest! Canine, bovine, feline, horses, pigs, house pets , or other socially developed animals are acceptable for this eclectic pet parade. Please note you must clean up after your animal and they must be socialized and accepting of other animals and people.
After the judging the participants are invited to parade their pets through the park in a grand parade finale! Costumes are encouraged, and good grooming is a must. Confirmation is secondary to the pet’s personality, condition of coats, discipline and special tricks are all-important in this unusual pet parade and competition. Parents of younger children are urged to attend the event with their small children and their pets.
Registered pets must check-in by 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 8.
Contest begins at 11 AM on Saturday, June 8.
Prizes will be awarded for the following categories. (Costumes are encouraged!)
Overall winner featured in the Three Oaks 72nd world’s largest flag day parade on Sunday, June 9!
