In the Annual Flag Day Fast-Pitch Wifle Ball Tournament is on May 16th! The tournament is open to all ages. The Three Oaks Flag Day Fast-Pitch Wifle Ball Tournament coordinator John Balich Sr. is pleased to inform that the proceeds will be donated to the Harbor Country Emergency Food Pantry.

Tournament Specifics
Entrance Fee: $60.00 per team (max 5 people per team & 32 teams are needed)
                        Fee includes bats, balls, guaranteed 2 games

Rules:

• 3-Man Line Ball (No Base running) 4 people can bat, maximum of 5 players on a team.
• 6 innings, 3 outs per inning unless extra innings
• 50 Minute Time Limit - 15 run slaughter rule after the 4th inning (except the championship game)
• No balls, walks, only strike-outs, put-outs, or hits
• Foul Tip into strike zone after 2 strike = an out
• Batter must make an attempt to get out of the way of a pitch
• Batter may use one hand to swing or both
• Batter makes fair or foul line calls
• Pitcher can use glove
• Ground balls must be caught before bouncing on other side of single line to be out
• Ground balls with man on first base thrown through strike zone is a double play
• Fly balls caught are out (no off the wall)
• Sacrifice must be called by batter to advance runner, after the catch is made, the ball must be thrown through the strike zone on a fly or bounce to complete double play
• Pitcher calls strikes and out before each pitch (Ex. 1 strike, 1 out)
• Any hit advances the runner the same number of bases
• Any attempt at fly ball missed (error) even if foul is a 1-base hit
